Motor Coach Operator

As the Motor Coach Operator, you will be responsible for providing comfortable and safe transportation for our clients. You will provide motor coach tours within cities across Western Canada.
New roles are available in Delta, Kamloops, Kelowna, Metro Vancouver, Williams Lake, Edmonton, Calgary, Medicine Hat and Lethbridge.
Reporting to the Chief Operator, you will be a key member of the company’s front-line team. This role requires excellent customer service, previous experience in the motor coach industry, and Drivers who support working in a culture of safety ensuring compliance with Company programs and procedures, remaining compliant with Provincial and Federal regulations, corporate and client policies. Your role will be a part of the TRAXX Holdings Inc (the “Company”) expansion and growth through its local subsidiaries.
- Drivers must possess a current commercial driver’s license (CDL class II with Air).
- Former experience operating a motor coach preferred.
- Must be able to work various hours and shifts
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and evenings.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and patience.
- Adheres to all safety, programs, policies, and practices.
- Must meet minimum general qualifications for each division including DMV checks.
- Follows all Corporate Safety Incentives and programs.
- Addressing passenger complaints in a polite and professional matter
- Keeping the trip/tour on schedule and accountable all passengers during the tours
- In some cases, they may also play the role of tour guide; Keep passengers informed of possible delays
- Perform basic maintenance (check the bus tires, lights, and oil)
- Keep the bus clean and presentable to the public
- Is a champion of the organization and follows the Safety Culture throughout the trips and at all locations
- Conducts & reviews pre and post-trip reporting of all vehicular, passenger, and employee accidents/incidents for determination of cause and preventability. Maintains trip logs.
Education:
Must have a high school or GED as a minimum requirement. Prior experience in a fast-paced, compliance, and safety-driven environment and asset. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Qualifications:
- Class 1 or 2 Commercial Driver's License with air brake
- Proof of Clean Driver's Abstract
- DOT knowledge of policies and procedures
- Must have good hearing and excellent vision
- Hazmat knowledge a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years commercial driving experience ideally motor coach fleet

Payroll Clerk (Junior Accountant)
The Accountant I – Payroll Clerk (Junior Accountant) under the direction of the Manager, Payroll will be responsible for the accurate, efficient, timely processing and the data entry of employee timesheets.
The role is privy to sensitive, and private information and requires a high degree of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality. The incumbent will be an excellent communicator as they will work closely with Motor Coach operators, Duty and Operations Manager(s) and the payroll team.
Main Duties
Accountant I - Payroll will perform the following duties:
- Sort, code daily timesheets and duty manager reports.
- Ensure employee hours are assessed and compared with fleet tools such as Navistream (GPS systems)
- Ensure work details are complete and accurate on daily reports.
- Follow up with Employees, Managers and stakeholders to obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Enter data from source documents into computer database.
- Print daily reports from data entered.
- Store completed documents in designated locations.
- Extract “timesheets” and review work hours for completeness and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and work with supervisors on timesheet issues
- Maintain confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards
- Adhere to all policies and follow established procedures.
- Participate in required meetings providing input and recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Working toward an accounting or payroll certificate an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Basic accounting or payroll knowledge required.

As an On-site Bus Coordinator – Cruise Ships, you will ensure safe and efficient operations by directing bus movement at our cruise pick up and drop off locations. Key Responsibilities:
Review trip manifests and driver/coach lists. Liaise with Clients and Dispatch for clarification as required.
Communicate with Client Representatives to:
establish the number of bus departures needed for the day, determining frequency and total departures
ensure all hotel assigned buses are at the correct venue
coordinate and ensure that any special group buses that have been requested are dispatched
Confirm ADA bus, if ordered, is aligned with known ADA guest arrival time. Provide the bus numbers and departure time order to the Client Representative.
Communicate with Motor Coach Operators to call buses from the holding lot up to the cruise ship level as needed.
Ensure buses are assigned to and staged in the correct locations to ensure timely departures, following a predetermined dispatch schedule outlined by Client. Adapt to changing requirements as they arise and directed by Client.
Establish the "Last bus departure" plan in accordance with late flights if applicable.
Share bus line-up with Client Representative and ensure that it aligns with TRAXX’s coach order hours utilization.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an On-site Bus Coordinator – Cruise Ships, you will ensure safe and efficient operations by directing bus movement at our cruise pick up and drop off locations. Key Responsibilities:
Review trip manifests and driver/coach lists. Liaise with Clients and Dispatch for clarification as required.
Communicate with Client Representatives to:
establish the number of bus departures needed for the day, determining frequency and total departures
ensure all hotel assigned buses are at the correct venue
coordinate and ensure that any special group buses that have been requested are dispatched
Confirm ADA bus, if ordered, is aligned with known ADA guest arrival time. Provide the bus numbers and departure time order to the Client Representative.
Communicate with Motor Coach Operators to call buses from the holding lot up to the cruise ship level as needed.
Ensure buses are assigned to and staged in the correct locations to ensure timely departures, following a predetermined dispatch schedule outlined by Client. Adapt to changing requirements as they arise and directed by Client.
Establish the "Last bus departure" plan in accordance with late flights if applicable.
Share bus line-up with Client Representative and ensure that it aligns with TRAXX’s coach order hours utilization.
